MetricRally V1 does not require an account, email address, or profile to use its tests.

Your Test History

Standalone test results and personal bests are stored in your browser using localStorage. MetricRally V1 does not use a cloud database to sync that personal test history between devices.

You can delete this history from the My Results page or by clearing site data for metricrally.com in your browser.

Hosting and Network Data

Like normal websites, MetricRally is delivered through hosting/CDN infrastructure. Requests to load the site can expose technical information such as IP address, browser/user-agent information, timestamps, and requested URLs to the hosting provider for security, reliability, and operational purposes. Those infrastructure practices are governed by the provider's own policies.

Analytics

MetricRally can use Google Analytics when a production measurement ID is configured. Analytics may collect technical and usage information such as page views, device/browser information, approximate location derived from network data, and events such as test views, starts, completions, and related-test clicks. MetricRally does not intentionally include names, email addresses, or test-history contents in analytics events.

Advertising

Advertising may be introduced to support the service. If third-party advertising is enabled, that provider may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies according to its own policies and applicable consent requirements. Ads should remain separated from rapid-click and game interaction areas.

Sale of Personal Information

MetricRally does not operate a business model that sells user profile information to advertisers. This statement does not mean that hosting, analytics, or advertising providers receive no technical request data when their services are enabled.

Children

MetricRally is a general performance-testing website and is not designed as a service specifically for children. Parents or guardians should supervise children's web use as appropriate.

Changes

This policy will be updated when MetricRally's production data practices materially change, including activation of advertising, accounts, cloud storage, or other third-party services.
